Chef Paul Barron has established himself pioneer/leader/trailblazer in the culinary scene in CT and NYC. Originally from Rockville Centre, NY, Paul Barron’s passion for cooking started from a young age….After earning his degree in Business Management from Quinnipiac College, he attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He has worked in some of Connecticut’s most prestigious restaurants including Union League Café as well as in the capacity of Executive Chef and Food Service Director for Nordstrom Restaurant Group and Marriott International. Furthermore, he has served as a consultant to owners opening restaurants all over the state; from developing their concept and identifying locations, to designing the layout and managing kitchen operations. In 2013, he established his personal business, "Chef Paul Barron," focusing on providing in-home dinners. In 2017 he opened his physical location in downtown Madison, CT, where his team offers diverse culinary services and private dining experiences. Paul lives on the Connecticut shoreline with his wife and two young daughter
