Originally from Rockville Centre, NY, Chef Paul Barron is celebrated as a culinary leader across Connecticut, New York City, and beyond. After earning his degree in Business Management from Quinnipiac College, he honed his craft at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  

In the early stages of his career, Chef Paul Barron left an indelible mark on Connecticut's culinary scene, showcasing his talent in some of Connecticut's most prestigious restaurants including Union League Café. His journey led him to roles as the Executive Chef and Food Service Director for Nordstrom Restaurant Group and Marriott International, where he consistently elevated standards and inspired those around him.

​Beyond the kitchen, Chef Barron has lent his expertise as a consultant, guiding restaurant owners across Connecticut, from concept development, location scouting, layout design, and kitchen operations. In 2013, he established his eponymous culinary business, a venture that has since transformed from exclusively providing In-Home Dinners to opening the doors of his physical location on the tranquil Connecticut shoreline town of Madison in 2017.  From this space, Chef Paul Barron and his team prepare and offer comprehensive culinary services.
