Learn from Chef Paul Barron himself!Cooking Classes are taught by Chef Paul and are methods and technique-based, so you can apply your skills across a variety of different recipes. They are private classes for 1 to 6 participants (ideally, for a fully hands-on experience for all participants, though larger groups can be accommodated), and are scheduled on Tuesdays through Fridays based on the participants’ request and availability.
Class topics are pre-determined based on the interest and skill-level of the participant(s). All ingredients and supplies are provided, and you sample the food you prepare throughout the course. Please note, cooking classes are not sit-down served meals. Class duration is approximately 3 hours and take place either at The Table, our downtown Madison, CT location, or at a location of your choosing (Travel Fee may apply, and certain functional kitchen features are required for off-site classes) |
