About Chef Mark
​Chef Mark grew up in Chonburi City, Thailand and attended Dusit Thani College in Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (Bangkok) where he earned a Bachelors degree in Kitchen and Restaurant Management.  He joined Chef Paul Barron in 2018 and has excelled in the role of Chef du Cuisine since 2020.​

​- While no substitutions or alterations may be made, please make a note of any allergies in your party when purchasing your seats

- A service fee of 20% will be added to the cost of the reservation to offset operational costs.  It is not a gratuity, will not be distributed as a gratuity to employees, and is subject to applicable sales taxes.  While additional gratuities for exceptional service are always appreciated, they are up to your discretion and are neither necessary nor expected.

- All sales are final and non-refundable.  However, if cancellation is made 48 hours or more of your scheduled seating, you can reschedule to another RueDoo seating pending availability.
